A Day of Serving in Our Community

As a part of our mission, we witness His love by serving all people in our community. We are so excited to join forces with the ELCA, Hope 4 West Carrollton and Thrivent on this special day as we bless our community by doing God’s work through our hands.

Service Project #1 : Love Thy Neighbor

Through Hope for West Carrollton, we have been assigned four homes in the city of West Carrollton that need assistance in cleaning up the properties. This project is being funded by a special donation from Thrivent.

Service Project #2 : Feed Thy Workers

While the volunteers are out cleaning the properties, this team will help preparing lunch for all volunteers. This meal is provided by Thrivent through action cards.

Service Project #3 : Donate Thy Socks (Shoes For The Shoeless)

We will be collecting socks of all sizes (infant-adult) to help restock this ministries supply so they can continue to provide for those in need. They recently helped to supply shoes and socks for the families of the August apartment fire in West Carrollton.
